Apply
By 4.00 pm · Mon 9 NovSubmit online, then deliver the signed printed copy to IDB.
Screening
2nd week of NovEligibility and compliance are checked.
Evaluation
3rd–4th week of NovJudging panels score every award area.
Verification
Late Nov – early DecSite visits and a final presentation at PIM.
Awards
3rd week of DecResults announced at the final event in Colombo.
